FitFlow is your personal GPS App that checks you in to any workout location in the world while notifying your friends.
"Whos Working Out?"
• FitFlow tells you which of your friends are working out and where! (Gym, Class, Park, or any other Location)
• What time did they arrive or are planning to be at that workout. (Down to the minutes!)
• What are they training that day: Muscle, Cardio, Strength, Yoga, CrossFit, etc.!
• Are they working out with a partner?
• Workout Moods for the Day: Easy, Focused, Insane, or Do Not Disturb!
Interactive Notifications and Activity!
• Update your status: Use your fingerprint to access your live feed and update your status with your upcoming workout, location, and pictures to your followers!
• Double tap the Fist Icon to "Bump" your friends! Let them know you might see or join them at their workouts.
• Post picture updates of your workouts as a log. After 12 entries they begin to disappear!
Be Invisible and Private!
• Invisibility Mode: Stay private for the day by becoming a virtual ghost and work out without your followers knowing where or when!
Performance and Challenges!
• Power Performance Meter: The FitFlow App tracks how many days a week you are working out and the amount of time. The more you do the higher score your profile gets!
• Rack up your Power Meter and show your friends and followers how committed and dedicated you are by the amount of time you spend throughout the week training!
• Show your score to your friends and challenge them to score a higher % the following week!
Community and Friends
• See which of your friends (or competition) is going to the gym so you can get there at the same time or avoid them!
• Get motivated when you see your buddy list and track who is working out later or who is working out right now!
